We were excited to learn all about Alfredo’s Deli and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Alfredo.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Alfredo’s Deli stand apart from its competitors. Alfredo told us that his mother and father came from Naples, so this business has been run by Italians for 21 years. Everything is made fresh and in-house. The food they offer is fresh and is made with high-quality ingredients. He said that it is their catering that really puts them on the map.
When we asked him about their overall business mission, he said:
“Community is everything. Take care of everyone. Make everyone happy and treat them like they are a part of the family.”
