We were excited to learn all about William Fessler Family Dentistry and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the Office Manager, Jamey.
The first thing we wanted to know was, what it is that makes William Fessler Family Dentistry stand apart from its competitors.
Jamey said:
“Our motto is: “Smile! You’re in good hands.” Bring your family to our family and let us take care of you. We really want to help people achieve the smiles that they desire. We work hard to provide exceptional care, and we hope that shows.”
Jamey also told us that Dr. Fessler always treats his employees very well, so much of their staff has been around for a while. Their longevity and experience helps them to serve their customers well.
Jamey went on to explain how they care for their patients:
“90-percent of our patients are from referrals. When you have that kind of appreciation, you must be doing something right. We also recognize that in dentistry, there are so many specialties, and we like to collaborate with other experts so we can give our patients the most effective treatment. The doctors are great at explaining what’s going before they recommend treatment options. We help people to understand and what is going on and make sure they understand things and what they can do at home to take care of their teeth.”
Jamey continued by telling us more about their commitment to serving individuals and getting them to love and care for their smiles:
“There are a couple of things Dr. Fessler has been very conscientious of, and one of those things is that we recognize and help each individual and help them get their optimal smile. You have to approach each case individually and respect everyone. You can help people feel good about their smile and at medical level and it makes it all worth it.”
Building Success And Giving Back
William Fessler Family Dentistry has gained an incredibly positive reputation, so we were eager to hear about how they have gained recognition. Jamey said that they do a lot on the local level to support local businesses and participate in community events. They support the local high school, and try to give back as much as they can. Jamey expanded on some of the ways Dr. Fessler gives back:
“Dr. Fessler has been very involved in making sure that he uses his talents beyond his own office doors. He does a lot of philanthropic events in the community. He has also been involved with a dental clinic in the Dominican Republic. His wife is also a nurse practitioner, and volunteers her time at an orphanage in Honduras. He and his wife bring both of their talents to the orphanage, and have been setting up a dental clinic over the past couple of years.”
