That’s why we asked Stephanie what advice she would offer to other businesses looking to improve their online reputation and their business. According to her, the key is to “Encourage customers to rate and review their experience. Even offering some sort of discount or benefit to doing so will encourage them to [leave reviews]. When the reviews do come in, it’s important to reply, no matter good or bad. Building relationships with your customers is the most important aspect of growing your business. Making the customer feel welcomed and following up with them along with wishing a happy birthday shows you care. Personalize every customer visit.”
