We wanted to learn more about this two-time award winner and how they managed to build such an impressive online reputation, so we took a few minutes to talk with Caroline, the office manager at Algiers Dental Associates.

“We don’t have the feel of a corporate office. We know every patient by name. They don’t have to sign in; we know their faces. We know who’s in their family, what they do. I think patients appreciate that special touch of us knowing who they are and that they’re not just a number. We’re willing to do whatever it takes to help them. We’ve come in after-hours and back from vacation early to help a patient. We really put them first and above anything else, and we make sure that they’re satisfied, that we’re taking care of them and that we’re addressing everything.”
