Not Your Average Electrician
We were excited to learn all about J Hulick Electric and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the CEO and Director of Operations, Chris Stewart. Chris had been working as a Master Union Electrician before purchasing this 40-year-old company two years ago.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes J Hulick Electric stand apart from its competitors. Chris told us that he strives to teach his employees how to work as efficiently as possible. With a highly educated and knowledgeable staff that values efficiency, they are able to save their customers time, so that even if they quote a job the same as a competitor might, they are still offering a better value.
Formerly, J Hulick Electric exclusively focused on commercial jobs, but they have started to grow their company to include more residential services.
Chris told us about his excellent staff and how comfortable he feels having them represent his business:
“I rely on my employees to represent the company the way I want it to be represented. When I hire an employee, I teach them to go out of their way with kindness, talk to customers about their job, and always thank them. A customer connection really helps a lot.
