Not Your Average Employment Agency
We were excited to learn all about how Advance Services has been able to build such an excellent reputation, so we sat down with Tyler Koeneke, the area manager.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Advance Services stand apart from their competitors. In Tyler’s words, “It’s in our process and it’s our company culture. We take time with our applicants. We spend anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour with each person really diving into what their strengths and weaknesses are, and we try to link them with the best possible position.”
When asked about the Advance Services mission, Tyler said, “We’re in the business to put people to work and make sure it’s the right fit. We’ve always gone by our golden rule, which is to treat people like we would want to be treated. The same goes for our clients. It just creates an infectious culture.”
Building Success Through Respect
According to Tyler, respect is the cornerstone to Advance Services’ success.“The way we treat our people is how we want to be treated,” he said. “We treat everybody with the utmost respect. We’re linking applicants with careers, and we get excited for them to start work. We just create a culture that’s infectious, and people refer other people here; that’s how we’re so successful.”
