“Our company is a mid-sized company overall, but we are also in 8 states. Building Success Through By Keeping Up Online

As a marketing manager at a highly successful business and an expert in marketing, Austin has this advice to pass on to other businesses that are trying to build their online reputation:

“Make it as easy as possible for people and customers to contact you and access your digital platforms. It could just be letting them know that you have different social media platforms and that you’d love to hear from them. Or, it could be a QR code in the office that links to a review page. You want them to feel comfortable leaving feedback and make that easy to do. We have a poster in our office encouraging customers to please leave us a review, and there is a QR code right on the poster for their convenience. That has tremendously helped us improve our quality of service; you’d be surprised how valuable the feedback you’ll get is if you just ask for it.”
