What is your secret to such a strong online reputation?
We treat our patients like family, with lots of respect, care, and dignity. Our front desk people are awesome, and we make sure to call everyone by name.
What makes you different? In other words, if you had one minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?
Most family clinics try to get people in and out within 20 minutes. We like to be more thorough, so we are happy to take 40 minutes or more during visits. You’re not just a number here, we truly care!
Why do you do what you do? In other words, what is your mission and/or how do you attempt to make the world a better place?
Our mission is to give each and every patient the best treatment possible. We want to create a culture of serving others.
Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?
We have tried many things, but now we’re winning with word of mouth. We strive for slow growth so we don’t lose our high quality of service.
What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?
Find your target market, then research your competitors’ strengths and apply them to your model.
