We were excited to learn all about how Pediatric Care has been able to build such an impressive reputation, so we sat down with the Office Manager, Gloria.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Pediatric Care stand apart from their local competitors. We learned that this practice is family-owned, which automatically makes them different from other local practices, which tend to be owned by big chains. Their small size allows for the staff at Pediatric Care to focus on their patients and get to know them in a way that corporate giants can’t. At Pediatric Care, they want to treat their patients like family. This family-owned mindset allows them to better work towards their company mission, which Gloria describes as:
“Our guiding mission statement is simple: ‘Happy kids make a happy life.’ Keeping kids healthy and families happy is how we want to make the world a better place.”
