Building Success Through Community
So, what’s the CrossFit Undeniable secret to success online? “It’s all about deciding what vibe you want to put out into the world. In the fitness space, we have to decide whether we’re going to be the hardcore athlete gym, the community-focused gym, the spot where college kids hang out, etc. In our case, our gym is 100% community-oriented. We want people to feel welcome at CrossFit Undeniable and bring their kids to our holiday workouts. Once we decided on that, we knew we had to create content where our intended audience will see it. That content has to jive with the environment we want to create around the brand, which comes down to the design, language, etc. We focus heavily on Facebook, Instagram, blogging, and YouTube, because we feel that captures a lot of where our audience directs their attention.”
