We were excited to learn all about Level Red Boxing and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the General Manager, Alyssa.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Level Red Boxing stand apart from its competitors. Alyssa told us that this workout is like nothing else in Erie, and that it combines both strength training and cardio. The instructor sets goals that the group works towards, and it is much more than a class; it is a whole experience. They are an Iron Oxygen Affiliate and work together with another gym, and [they] provide free personal training, free tanning, free childcare, and free gloves.
Building Success With An Awesome Team
In addition to building the kind of online reputation that any small business would envy, Level Red Boxing has spread the word about who they are and what they do by having awesome employees. Alyssa said that success starts from the bottom up, and that if employees treat members well, they will bring in friends and family. Alyssa said:
