Not Your Average Fitness Center
We were excited to learn all about Main Street Gym and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner and Certified Personal Trainer, Kevin Branco.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Main Street Gym stand apart from its competitors. Kevin told us that customer service is the foundation of everything they do, and he told us about the personalized programs they offer their clients:
“Customer service is key. Any gym worth their weight has the same type of equipment, but what makes us different is that we will design a program specifically for what results you are trying to achieve. I actually care if you are not here, and I will work with each client if there are issues or roadblocks that come up.”
Building Success And Giving Back
In addition to building the kind of online reputation that any small business would envy, Main Street Gym has spread the word about who they are and what they do by being involved in the community. Kevin told us:
“We do a lot in the community; we are a small town of 5,200 people. I was born and raised here. I want to focus on supporting other local small businesses. We do a lot of sponsoring for local sports teams at the local high school, where I went. You have to be involved and help eachother.”
