Jason Saxton, the Floor Covering Sales Manager at Larry’s Lumber, took some time to chat with us about the business’ awesome online reputation.
First things first, we wanted to know what differentiates Larry’s lumber from other flooring contractors in the area. Jason told us, “We’re not here to just try to sell everybody something. We’re mainly here to help people figure out what they need and what fits them best. Rather than just trying to move products out the door, we try to listen to them and see what they truly need for their own home.”
We asked Jason how he and his team help to make the world a better place. “Just by serving all of our customers as best as we can,” he said, “whether that be helping them pick out something as simple as knobs for their cabinet doors or figuring out the mansion of a house they’ve wanted to build their entire lives. So that’s our main mission, to just try to service everybody and give everybody the same amount of time we can in service.”
