We spoke with manager, Andre Kochergin, about OC Flooring’s rise to internet success and how he and his team maintain such a loyal customer base. The first thing we wanted to know was what sets OC Flooring apart from the crowd. “We always try to make the customer happy; they can always reach [us] and ask questions. We’re happy to help. [Our] work is always done within the time promised,” Andre said. “OC Flooring is a completely green company. We almost never use oil base unless requested otherwise. We also make sure everything is cleaned up, and that any harmful materials are completely taken care of.
Building Success Through Quality Work
The team at OC Flooring has made a huge impression on their customers, something so many businesses want to do but struggle to. Andre says their secret to success is that, “[We] treat the customers [well], and the reviews come. [Our team does] the highest quality of work possible. [We also] mostly do not ask for reviews, most people just give the reviews on their own.”
We figured that, as the manager of such a stellar team, Andre may have some wise words for other businesses as to how they can create and maintain a great online reputation. He said “Just be there (online)…once you start getting traction online you must not stop and [you should] also try to dominate your space online.”
