We were excited to learn all about Quality Wood Floors and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Ric Barner.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Quality Wood Floors stand apart from their competitors. Ric told us that he believes it is his attention to detail that sets them apart. He believes in showing up on time, starting the job on the scheduled date, and finishing on the agreed upon date. After 46 years in the business, Ric still believes in working ‘the old-fashioned handshake way,’ where he does the job in a professional manner and gives the customer 15 days to inspect his work before they pay.
