“Have the right people in the right places. If they aren’t the right person, get rid of them quickly. Have integrity, and treat people how you would want to be treated. My dad taught me that you can’t worry about the money; do the best you can for the customer; give them what they want; take care of them after the sale, and you’ll do their home and business over and over again and the money will come. We’ve had some customers for over 40 years.”
