We wanted to learn all about Craddock Funeral Home and its impressive online reputation, so we took a few minutes to talk with Chris Craddock, who co-owns Craddock Funeral Home with his mother and son.
The first question we had for Chris was what is it that sets Craddock Funeral Home apart from their competition in Oklahoma. Here’s Chris’ response:
“We are very untraditional — no organs and sad music. People play what music they would want; we serve wine at the visitation if the family wishes, and it’s more of a party atmosphere if that’s what the family chooses — to celebrate life a little more untraditionally. But we also serve traditional families as well. We built a new facility in 2008, with an in-house florist for flowers and memorials. We have a column bearing with a memorial wall where people can put the ashes of loved ones and come back to visit and remember.”
Chris went on to tell us that his grandfather started Craddock Funeral Home in 1923 and that the home is in its fourth generation of ownership.
We also wanted to know what their mission is at Craddock Funeral Home and how they work to make the world a better place. Here’s what Chris had to say:
