A Caring and Compassionate Company
We got a chance to speak with Doug Gorham, the owner of Cremation Center of Kansas City, about the business’ success both online and off.
During our conversation with Doug, it became abundantly clear that he and his team are dedicated to providing the families they serve with personalized and compassionate service. When asked what it is that sets his business apart from others in his area, he pointed to just that, saying, “It’s important that you control your own cremation environment. I am there every single day to oversee the cremations. Having concern for the families is tremendously important.”
We asked Doug about his mission. He said it’s “To take excellent care of families who are experiencing a hard time. Dignity, compassion, and caring are vital.”
Building Success Through Integrity
Of course, we were particularly interested in finding out what Doug considers to be his secret to success. He said, “We’re family owned and operated and own our own crematory. You have to always treat your families with compassion and care.”
