Heath Bowen, the location manager at Johns-Ridout’s Funeral Parlors, took some time to speak with us about the business’ positive online reputation.
Of course, we were particularly interested in finding out how the Johns-Ridout’s team differentiates themselves from other funeral homes and services in the area. When we asked Heath, he said, “We celebrate people’s lives more than any other aspect of the funeral process; not the casket or the flowers, we really focus on that person’s life more than anything else.”
