What is your secret to such a strong online reputation?
We’ve earned such a strong online reputation by always striving to serve every family we work with as if they were our own family.
What makes you different? In other words, if you had one minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?
We are a family-owned and -operated funeral home; whereas, most funeral homes are corporate-owned. We give families what they need, and we don’t try to upsell them at one of their worst times.
Why do you do what you do? In other words, what is your mission and/or how do you attempt to make the world a better place?
We try to help as many people as we can by providing a proper service for their loved ones. We never turn anyone away.
Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?
We do a lot of online marketing and TV commercials, but most of our business comes from word of mouth.
What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?
Partner with a good marketing team. Sometimes, it’s difficult to do it all on your own and you need a little guidance to get it right.
