We were excited to learn all about Adroit Garage Doors and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owners, Kayla Wilson and Tomasz Smolinski.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Adroit Garage Doors stand apart from their competitors. Kayla and Tomasz’s customers are members of their own community, so they care very deeply for them and make sure that their standards of customer service are above and beyond what anyone would expect. They said that they do their best to guarantee 100-percent satisfaction for their customers, starting with making sure that all of their staff is trained properly. They told us:

Building Success Through Community Involvement
Adroit Garage Doors has earned an impressive reputation, so we were excited to learn about some of the ways they have grown and marketed their business. Kayla and Tomasz said that they consider themselves to be “people-people,” meaning that they like to go out and personally meet all of their customers. As a means of having some fun and staying in touch with their clients, they host contests and giveaways. Tom is a retired US Navy Veteran and is involved with Gwinnett County Disabled Veterans Association, and Kayla is currently working with the International Door Association to find more paperless routes across North America.
