We were excited to learn all about F2 Garage Door Solutions, LLC and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the Marketing Manager, Lisa Dear.
The owner, Frank Totten, started F2 Garage Door Solutions in 2006 with a Dodge Neon and some rented tools! He had just gotten out of the Navy and knew that he wanted to start a business of his own. Eventually, he ended up doing some work with a guy that was working on garage doors, and seeing how much customers appreciated the work, he knew that was the career for him!
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes F2 Garage Door Solutions, LLC stand apart from its competitors. Lisa told us that this small, family-owned and -operated business is able to treat customers the way they would want to be treated, including giving them more personalized service. They are a family and want to treat their customers like family, too. At this small company, the owner is always involved and can be found involved in all aspects of the work, from speaking with the customers on the phone to going out on service and installation calls.
We also wanted to know about the F2 Garage Door Solutions, LLC business mission. Lisa shared:
