Founded in Johnstown in 1979, Loebrich Contracting has been proudly serving the South Western Pennsylvania area with quality remodeling and results that truly wow.
We were excited to learn all about Loebrich Contracting and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the Co-Owner (with his wife, Mary), Dan Loebrich, and Marketing Director, Cinde Smith.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Loebrich Contracting stand apart from its competitors. They said that the quality they offer is unmatched, as is the fact that they offer a warranty on their work that goes beyond the manufacturer’s warranty on the actual product.
Dan and Cinde told us about the importance of proper certification, saying:
“In Pennsylvania, you have to be certified through the state to be a contractor, and it’s really important that people look for that. It’s required to be on everything the business uses, from their paperwork to their receipts and even on their trucks.”

Dan and Cinde said that repeat customers make up the bulk of their business, followed closely by referrals. After that, most people find them thanks to Google.
