“Pay attention to the customers you have on hand, and limit the projects to the ones you can manage well. Don’t take on too many projects. Focus on the quality for workmanship and the overall project. Listen to homeowners/customers and what they are looking for, and fit their vision into what will actually work to achieve what they want to achieve. At the end of the day, quality is the most important piece.”
