What is your secret to such a strong online reputation?
Before, during, and after every job, we survey our clients and ask them about their experience working with us. Those reviews are key to our strong online presence, along with our website and consistent social media presence.
What makes you different? In other words, if you had one minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?
We strive to provide an intimate and fun experience for all of our clients. This really shines through and makes us stand out.
Why do you do what you do? In other words, what is your mission and/or how do you attempt to make the world a better place?
Our goal is to make the remodeling process, something that is known for being incredibly stressful, enjoyable for our clients. We truly love working with spaces and breathing life into them.
Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?
In addition to cultivating our online presence, we have SoBo t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats, stickers, and coffee mugs that we share with our clients and close friends. We also recently got our fleet of trucks wrapped with our logo so that folks will notice us driving around Boulder!
What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?
Show off your work through high-quality photos on your website and on social media. Also, ask your clients for reviews. They are happy to share their thoughts about their experience working with you.
