We were excited to learn all about how BrightStar Care Howard County has been able to build such an exemplary reputation, so we sat down with the owner, Max Minevich.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes BrightStar Care Howard County stand apart from their competitors. In Max’s words, “We have three different licenses in the state and are a bonded and insured business. We offer the obvious personal care, home care, IV’s, injections, bathing, etc. We also have a ‘Joint Commission Accreditation.’ It’s not a requirement, but we’ve been accredited since 2012 which gives a third party the opportunity to evaluate our processes and gives feedback…”
When asked about the BrightStar Care Howard County mission, Max said, “We want to provide peace of mind to our clients and their families.”
