We got a chance to chat with co-owner, Mark Silvinac, about his business’ online reputation and commitment to service. This is what he had to say:
What is your secret to such a strong online reputation?
We have amazing caregivers. Not only are we a drug-free agency, but we have a lot of specialized caregivers that offer personalized service to our clients.
What makes you different? In other words, if you had one minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?
Our company offers balanced care, not just the basics. In fact, we even have a plan that builds in nutrition and exercise. We utilize cognitive therapy to help our clients exercise their brains and mentally thrive. Many of our programs also focus on the emotional wellbeing of our clients.
Why do you do what you do? In other words, what is your mission and/or how do you attempt to make the world a better place?
After retiring from the military, we wanted to give back and change the way the world ages. We’ve had family members in need of care and know exactly what that struggle is like. We wanted to make a real impact on the world with both our caregivers and clients.
Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?
We are very connected with the local community and are on multiple boards that help us both give back and have a say in our community. That helps to get our name out there.
What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?
You have to believe in what you’re doing and make sure you are doing the best for your clients and employees, as well as the community.
