In order to learn a little more about this award-winning business and its impressive online reputation, we took a few minutes to talk with Charlotte Thibault-Ballusff, Managing Member CSA at HomeAideLLC.
The first question we had for Charlotte was what sets HomeAideLLC apart from the other home health care providers in Michigan. Here’s her response:
“We are not a franchise. We are family-owned and -operated. We are able to tailor our services to meet the needs of our clients on a personal level. We don’t have any service minimums. Instead, we made our services into pricing tiers, so that there’s something for everyone. We also do quality management visits that the caregivers are not aware of. That way, we keep quality up all the time, not just in front of clients. We do not send our caregivers blindly to a client — we always have management give the introduction.”

“Our mission is to help seniors maintain independence in their home while also providing that independence to their families. [We do] whatever it takes to give people their independence back.
