We were excited to learn all about Homewatch CareGivers and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the Manager, Jessica Walter, who also co-owns the company with her mother.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Homewatch CareGivers stand apart from its competitors. Jessica told us that their whole mission is centered around helping people and supporting them as individuals. They try to promote their independence as much as they can.
Jessica shared:
“We have a lot of experience, but at the end of the day, if you don’t have the passion and the heart, you won’t succeed. We are passionate about what we do. We don’t say no to people; we will even train people in rural areas, so we can try to reach as many people as we can.”
