Michele Lybrook, the owner and Director of Freedom Home Health Care, generously gave us a few minutes of her time to tell us about this one-of-a-kind business and its award-winning online reputation.

“I have been in this kind of business for over 20 years! I started small, just being a caregiver on my own first. “I encourage my employees to get good reviews. I recently challenged my employees to garner reviews for us in a contest. I noticed that a lot of care agencies didn’t have many reviews, and many of them were negative. I thought that if I asked, I could get some positive feedback.”
