We were excited to learn all about SYNERGY HomeCare and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the Co-Owner, Sue McCormick.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes SYNERGY HomeCare stand apart from their competitors. They are readily available for their clients by making sure their phones are answered 24/7. Sue said that it was important to always be available to talk. She said that they keep their caregivers busy and make sure that they are taking care of the clients.
“We match caregivers to clients to make sure we get the best fit. We need to make sure the right person is in the right place and that people get their exact needs taken care.”
