Ryan Fensler, the owner of Touching Hearts At Home Denver South Metro, generously gave us a few minutes of his time to tell us about this one-of-a-kind business and its award-winning online reputation.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that sets Touching Hearts At Home Denver South Metro apart from the many other home health providers in Colorado. Ryan told us that their focus in on the three Cs — culture, compassion and commitment. Ryan’s background includes working at Marriott Hotels, so his main focus for the past five years has been “bringing hospitality to home care.”
Recently, Ryan met with an 80 year-old-client who is in a wheelchair, Ryan asked him what was on his wish list for the summer, and the client said that he wanted to go to a Rockies day game. Ryan bought wheelchair accessible tickets for a small group and made it happen.
