We were excited to learn all about Nook & Cranny Homekeeping and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Eliza Walker.
Nook & Cranny Homekeeping has been in business for almost four years and is made up of six employees. The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Nook & Cranny Homekeeping stand apart from its competitors. Eliza began by telling us about their amazing staff, and told us that she is as focused on her team members as she is on the clients. She told us that their employees have measurable goals, and that they only hire employees who have goals that are in-line with the company’s goals.
“We make what we do as clear as possible to those who want our services. We know exactly what we can and will promise to our clients. We under-promise and over-deliver. We always like to keep a few tricks up our sleeve, just so clients don’t expect it. That leaves them with a feeling of ‘wow!’ It creates a system of exceeding expectations.”
She went on to tell us about the Nook & Cranny Homekeeping business mission, saying:
