We were excited to learn all about Sponge & Sparkle and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Raina Raflo.
Sponge & Sparkle has been in business for 36 years and is dedicated to making their customers’ lives easier. They are passionate about using green cleaning products instead of using harsh chemicals in clients’ homes. They use pure essential oils to make sure the homes they clean smell great.
As a part of their commitment to excellence, they vet all of their employees, or ‘sparklers’, and have them take the Orion pre-employment exam to identify their strengths. They try to keep their sparklers as happy as their clients and believe that business should be conducted as a full circle, with everyone in the process being cared for.
