What is your secret to such a strong online reputation?
Ethical customer service. We take immense pride in understanding customer needs and fulfilling them. We have a long history of success and on the rare occasion that we do make a mistake, we fix it immediately and fully.
What makes you different? In other words, if you had one minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?
Again, the answer is service. Our personalized customer service really makes us stand out, because that’s not something you see very often. Because we’re a small, family-owned company, we are able to treat each customer as an individual. To us, our customers are family.
Why do you do what you do? In other words, what is your mission and/or how do you attempt to make the world a better place?
I saw a need for a good home service business in my community. What we had before simply didn’t cut it. We provide our community with a solution to their problems without causing any further ones.
Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?
Referral lists are a huge part of our marketing strategy. We firmly believe they’re a great marketing tool.
What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?
Do what’s right for the consumer and do things ethically and professionally, otherwise, it’ll come back to haunt you.
