We wanted to learn all about Martin’s Heating & Air and its impressive online reputation, so we took a few minutes to talk with the Marketing Coordinator, Beth Corey.

The first question we had for Beth was what is it that sets Martin’s Heating & Air apart from their competition in Arkansas. Here’s Beth’s response:

“We provide out-of-this-world service and experience! It starts with the very first call. Our CSR provides out-of-this-world service, and our comfort advisors and technicians follow. …We have booties to keep the carpet from getting dirty, and we make sure we clean up very well after we’re done. We make sure to educate our clients on what we’re doing, too, and provide all of the pertinent information. We provide them with a roadmap on not only the current repairs, but future repairs that will need to be done and the order in which they will need to be done. We also have a membership that gives our customers priority on calls as well as two maintenance calls per year.”

Beth went on to add:

“Indoor air can be exponentially more polluted than outdoor air! All of the materials that we use to make sure heat doesn’t move in and out of the house are trapping pollutants in the house. We have indoor air quality products that will help clean it!”

We also wanted to know what their mission is at Martin’s Heating & Air and how they work to make the world a better place. Here’s what Beth had to say:

“[Our mission is] to provide a comfortable, safe and healthy space for our customers and the entire community. We also provide a fun and friendly environment for our employees!”

Beth added:

“We are donating money to local charities, for which, we are asking the community for nominations. Once we have our nominees, we’ll have the community vote! Each person can vote once per day, and then it’s a dollar a vote after that. All of the proceeds will be donated to those charities.”
