Lisa Purvins, the owner of Pro-Tech Heating and Cooling, took some time to chat with us regarding her business’ extraordinary online reputation.

The very first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Pro-Tech Heating and Cooling stand so far ahead of the other HVAC companies in their area. Lisa told us, “Our customers are going to get a great value and have a very pleasant experience working with us. They’ll feel confident that they are getting what they paid for and we stand behind our work. We are always open, 24 hours a day. We never blow anyone off, even if they are not a regular customer.”

The Pro-Tech Heating and Cooling mission is to make sure each and every one of their customers is satisfied with the service they’ve received. “If you are an existing customer, we bend over backward to make sure you are taken care of. If you are a new customer, we try our best to get there asap,” Lisa told us. “We may have to change offer financing so they can. So many companies out there are not customer service oriented, they are all about the money.”

Building Success Through Individualized Service

When it comes to a secret to success, Lisa says, “We try to make sure no customer is unhappy. Very rarely does anybody call and say they are unhappy but when it does happen, we are on it and make it right. We only hire guys that can pass the test, that I would be comfortable with them if they were in my home. We give customers a gift bag with goodies, snacks, and a Yeti fridge-clip. We always want them to get a really good value…”
