What is your secret to such a strong online reputation?
Truth be told, it’s just caring about people. My name goes on every job, and I take that very seriously. I honor my word through every phase of the project
What makes you different? In other words, if you had one minute to sell somebody on why they should choose you, what would you say?
The biggest thing that sets us apart is that we offer both design and construction. This allows us to maintain quality across the board as we get into the nuts and bolts.
Why do you do what you do? In other words, what is your mission and/or how do you attempt to make the world a better place?
I actually love helping people love their home. A lot of people have a house and not a home. Our number one priority is to create a place that fits their family. Also, construction has become kind of a lax industry, but here, we only hire quality personnel. Even though it costs more, we can offer higher quality work that way.
Outside of building a strong online reputation, what else do you do to market and grow your business?
I get a lot of word of mouth business. I show up and do my job and do what I say I’m going to do.
What advice do you have for other businesses trying to build a strong online reputation and grow their business?
Stay in regular contact with your customers. One of the biggest things I provide for my customers is that I’m always available and just a phone call away. Not everything we do runs smoothly, but I’m always working to make sure the client stays happy.
