The very first thing we wanted to know was Wise Guys Janitorial and Cleaning’s secret to success, online and off. According to Mike, it’s all about “Communication. I try to communicate with everybody who goes to our website or goes to any website I’ve advertised on. I try to communicate with them very well. We try to make sure everybody is happy and we do a good job for them and we actually do the work. We get a lot of good compliments. Word of mouth is great, but the internet is awesome.”
Mike and his team truly care about what they do and the clients they serve. “What my clients tell me is that we actually care. We do schools and we care about their health. We don’t go in there and clean to make a dollar, we go in there to make sure that it’s safe and healthy for the client to go in there,” he said. “Even if it’s not our job, we’ll look at vents and other areas that might be causing the flu. We don’t just mention it to make money. We’re trying to help them out. We care about our clients. We are one of the very few companies that do that.”

“Our main goal is to make sure our clients are staying healthy. A lot of people think that the cleaners are just coming in and just making things look good but when you get to the root of the problem there is dust which is dry skin, there’s mold and things that shouldn’t be in places where people are. I would say, health and safety, they are our main goals. We have this quote in our company, “Look for the dust.” We search for it, we don’t just see it and wipe it, we actually look for the dust. It does help. A lot of our clients said that their sick rate in their companies went down 50% since we started.”
