We wanted to learn more about this two-time award winner and how they managed to build such an impressive online reputation, so we took a few minutes to talk with Alex Bellman, second-generation Vice President of Bellman’s Jewelry Store.

“We go through each and every step of the process, so that our customers know 100 percent of what they are buying. We educate them tremendously, so they know how to read a diamond grading sheet! That way, even if they don’t choose us, they know what diamond to get and why. We have a non-commission staff! There is a reason why we don’t pay commission; we would love to have the business grow because we are willing to learn in the short-term in order to win in the long-run.”
We also asked Alex what their mission is at Bellman’s Jewelry Store and how they work to make the world a better place. Here’s his response:
“Our mission is to make sure people are getting the best quality product at the best price! Everything in jewelry is extremely emotional; we strive to make sure there is no emotional strain and that they will 100-percent agree with our slogan, which is, ‘It’s a matter of trust.’ We take pride in the quality of the work and the rapport we build with our clients.
