Not Your Average Jewelry Store
We were excited to learn all about Diamonds Direct Indianapolis and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the General Manager, Robert Violante.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Diamonds Direct Indianapolis stand apart from its competitors.
“We are nothing like a traditional jewelry store. In fact, we’re the exact opposite! We started in the 1950s as a manufacturer and supplier of diamonds and stones for jewelry stores up and down the east coast. Around 50 years later, we opened our first location to sell diamonds directly to the customer without the incredibly high markup of traditional stores. It was an eye-opening moment. We changed the diamond business in the US by offering diamonds to customers at wholesale pricing with better warranties and benefits. We control the process, from the mine to the finger.”
Building Success By Building Trust
Diamonds Direct Indianapolis has built up an incredible reputation, so we were excited to hear about some of the ways they have gotten their name out and grown their business. Robert told us that they invest in all sorts of marketing mediums, but that, most importantly, being involved with the community is something they value. They help out local teams, are involved with charities, and make donations when they can.
