We were excited to learn all about Golden Renaissance Jewellers and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the General Manager, Katie.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Golden Renaissance Jewellers stand apart from their competitors. This family-owned and -operated business has a full-service repair shop and loves being able to build services and products from the ground up in their own building. Katie said that her team specializes in customer relationships and offering an exceptional sales experience.
She also told us a bit about their business’ mission:

Katie told us that in years past, they had done a lot of print media, but that she knew it was important to branch out and not to put all of her eggs in one basket. She said that she recently renovated and launched a completely updated website. They are also active on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Katie said that despite whatever marketing strategies they utilize, nothing is more important than creating an excellent relationship with their customers.
