We were excited to learn all about JewelSmiths and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the owner, Arthur Gordon.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes JewelSmiths stand apart from its competitors. Arthur began by telling us about their unsurpassed history of providing outstanding customer service, saying:
“Our roots are in the jewelry industry, as it has been a family tradition since 1904. I share the same passion for jewelry as my late grandfather, Samuel Gordon. We treat every customer with respect. When you walk through the door at JewelSmiths, you know you are going to be treated very well, and we are very proud of that fact… We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, and we stand behind all of our work. As the grandson of the late Samuel Gordon, I am a third-generation jeweler.
