“[My] parents started the company as a greeting card company and noticed how much that made people happy. Then, our grandfather sold a diamond and saw how much THAT made people happy. God has continued to bless us, so we can continue to be a blessing.”
Building Success Through Relationships and Asking for Reviews
Richi credits the store’s strong online reputation to the relationships and friendships they’ve developed with their awesome customers, as well as to their point of sale system, which automatically pushes out a message asking the customer to leave a review.
Outside of building a powerful online reputation, Ketterman’s Jewelers has tried many different things to grow the business; however, word of mouth has been their strongest source of growth. They’ve also recently started doing some social media marketing internally, and it’s working well so far.
