We spoke with Kathy Hellwege, the owner of Klein Jewelers, about her business’ terrific online reputation.
Of course, one of the first things we wanted to know was what Kathy believes to be the Klein jewelers secret to success. “I’d say it would have to be our longevity. We’ve been in business for 92 years,” she said. “It’s our customer service that intrigues just about every person that walks in the door.”
