Theresa Murphy, the owner of Newstar Jewelers, took a few minutes out of her day to tell us a little more about this one-of-a-kind jewelry store and the impressive online reputation they’ve managed to build.
To start our conversation, we asked Theresa what it is that sets Newstar Jewelers apart from their competition in Illinois. Theresa told us that Newstar Jewelers was founded in 1989 and she and her husband took over 27 years ago. They are truly concerned about doing their best for the customer and going above and beyond to do things other stores aren’t able to do. They are always positive and treat people the way they want to be treated. In addition to offering a wide selection of jewelry, they offer custom work and in-store jewelry repair.
