We were excited to learn all about Platinum And Gold Jewelers and how they have gotten where they are today, so we sat down with the Office Manager, Katie, and the owner, Charles.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Platinum And Gold Jewelers stand apart from its competitors.
“I used to spend a lot of money in jewelry stores and I noticed a ton of issues. My motivation with Platinum and Gold Jewelers was to try and fix those issues. I was left with the impression of a jewelry store being similar to a sleazy 1970’s car salesman. Something in the industry needed to change. We as business owners need the customers, they don’t need me, thus, I have to go above and beyond.”
He went on to tell us a bit about how he is making those changes in the industry:
“We make sure our customers make an informed purchase. We give away a lot of information. We buy gold and jewelry to help those in a hard time. We also offer free appraisals and teach people how to re-sell jewelry. We operate with integrity. We receive wholesale prices and will beat anyone’s price. If you need custom work we are your shop!”
