We were excited to learn all about how Woelfel Jewelry Store has been able to build such an impressive reputation, so we sat down with the owner, Brad Jamison.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes Woelfel Jewelry Store stand apart from their competitors. Brad told us that there aren’t many independent jewelers around anymore and that since they are so small, they are able to provide better customer service than a chain could. Brad also told us that they are the fourth generation, so they know what they’re doing. Brad said:
“I don’t have the same 20 rings that the chain stores have, so my rings really stand out.”
In addition to their ability to provide unique pieces and exceptional service, Brad also told us that they pride themselves on having three full-time goldsmiths. He says they can size new rings in one hour and they can get a wedding set soldered in three hours. They Also offer in-store financing options. At the end of the day, they are doing their best to take care of people honestly and quickly.
