Our team spoke with David Silver, the owner of AAA Landscape Specialists, about his business’ online reputation and success.

We do everything the right way and we are flexible. We are honest, transparent and upfront with all of our clients. As someone once said, ‘Under promise, over deliver and every client will be happy’ which is why setting expectations is so important,” he said. “Whenever a client makes a decision to hire us, they feel good about that decision. When they write the last check they feel as good or better about their decision to hire us. We keep our clients very happy, at the end of the project they feel like they have truly been taken care of. And of course addressing any concerns, doing everything the right way and being flexible with open communication. It makes a big difference that we listen to our clients’ ideas. Whether the project is going perfect or has a hiccup, we communicate openly the whole way.”

Flexibility is really important, communicate with your customers. They have to be able to talk with you openly and comfortably, just like any good relationship.”
