We were excited to learn all about how JB’s Landscaping & Lawn Care has been able to build such an impressive reputation, so we sat down with the owner, Jim.
The first thing we wanted to know was what it is that makes JB’s Landscaping & Lawn Care stand apart from their competitors. In Jim’s words, “You get the owner, not a sales rep that is just trying to sell whatever, whenever. When the customer is finished, they get my — the owner’s — number. They get me direct. I am a hands-on owner, I am always checking on the job, checking the site, and making sure to get you what you need.”
When asked about the JB’s Landscaping & Lawn Care secret to success, Jim said, “We want to leave the customers happy and help them to know that they can trust us to do the project and do it right. We try to eliminate the fear for customers that they may have from previous bad experiences. We are there for them.”
Building Success By Being Thorough
We asked Jim about his business’ secret to success. “Always be in contact with the customer, before, during and after the project. We make sure the project is done correctly from start to finish, and we make sure the customer is happy with the end result and fix it if not. We make sure it’s done right for them. We work with a local company that manages online marketing,” he told us.
